Today on @TriumphantZoeCoaching #EntrepreneurFocus, meet @Fulufhelo Tshisindi who the proud owner of @HlukoAndisa Group (Pty) Ltd which offers a supply of vegetables. She is also a Property Practitioner at O-YES

1. Tell us about yourself?

   My name is Fulufhelo Tshisindi. I have worked in the Telecommunications sector throughout my corporate career, after my studies, and have more than 10 years of corporate experience ranging from client planning to product management.

In addition to my corporate experience, I also ran a small laundry business from 2014 to 2018, which gave me insight into the business world.

While running the laundry business, I attended a business incubation programme in 2015, offered by Awethu Project. The programme offered career and business development.

In 2020, I joined the THUD Franchise Stokvel to purchase a franchise. I was the vegetable provider for both stores opened by the stokvel before they were sold to new different owners. I still provide vegetables to one in Soweto bi-weekly.

I started working in Real Estate in 2021, as a Property Practitioner.

My qualifications include an Honors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management; certifications in Business Development, Lean Six Sigma, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, ITIL Foundation, and a short learning programme in Artificial Intelligence in the 4th Industrial Revolution.

3. What services do you offer?

I currently supply vegetables to a restaurant in Soweto through my company and work at O-YES Properties as a Property Practitioner.

4. What drives and motivates you in business?

Networking with people from different backgrounds and learning new things with each client. I have learnt a lot about the vegetables I supply, and the different types of each item based on customer requirements.

5. What sets you apart from other entrepreneurs in your line of work?

I am self-encouraged and never lose hope even when faced with storms.

7. Where are you based? Where do you operate?

I run my personal company from North Riding (primary residence) and O-YES Properties company offices ae in Rivonia

8. Do you have a quote that you live by?

God loves us all

9. Do you have any challenges in your line of work?

Petrol price is continuously going up and the prices of items I supply as well. The reserve bank has increased the lending rate quite a few times this year which has an impact on my property work.

how do you work around that?

Always keeping positive attitude and hoping that things will return to normal soon, I previously increased the price of my vegetables and communicated with my customer well so that they can understand.
