1. Tell us about yourself?

My name is Gugu Sangweni. I have been in the real estate business for more than 7years now. I worked my way up to being a co-director of my own estate agency however for personal reasons recently decided to go back to working with Rawson Auction.

2. What is the name of your business?

I work for Rawson Auctions

3. What services do you offer?

I sell properties. Residential. Commercial.

4. What drives and motivates you in business?

I wake up every day knowing my labour always pays out, therefore I put in more work.

5. What sets you apart from other entrepreneurs in your line of work?

My goal to achieve results makes me different. My experience in what I do and the time invested make me different.

7. Where do you operate?

No restrictions in South Africa. The other reason I joined Rawson Auctions, however, I prefer to work on properties in Johannesburg.

9. What quote do you live by?

Put in some work every day without expecting results every day, the results will eventually show up.

10. Do you have any challenges in your line of work? how do you work around that?

My challenges at the moment are finding new properties to sell and to overcome that I have started looking at different ways to resource properties.

11. Which clients would you like to work with or would be your dream client?

My dream clients are property investors who buy and sell properties frequently and as well as all property buyers looking to upgrade, downgrade or first-time buyers.
